3 Ways We Light Up What's Next

Stars Reverie connects history, interspecies communication, and stewardship.

From Stardust
to Now

We explore history in context as a chain of cause and effect, from the first stars, to life on Earth, to the civilizations before us, and to what we can expect next. We show how everything is connected and why understanding this can change everything.

Communicating with
Non-Human Animals

Humans are not the only ones capable of sharing opinions, needs, or even their imaginations. Many birds can communicate with their voices or through special tablets, alongside animals such as dogs, cats, rats, whales, and more. We show why these voices matter.

Stewardship
in Action

We make it easier for anyone to understand why and how to protect this beautiful Earth and those living upon it. From bug hotels and wildflower gardens to nesting boxes and composting bins, we are here to guide the way toward a better future for all.

Help Us Launch the Avian Research Flock

Parrots have been telling us who they are and what they want for as long as we've lived beside them. Caretakers recognize their requests for a favorite song, TV show, or movie, along with special treats and activities.

With digital tablets, some parrots are even using video calls to contact other bird friends and caretakers, while sharing their thoughts, opinions, and questions through special communication devices.

We are giving our parrots access to these special communication tools to more deeply understand their ability to communicate their needs and express themselves creatively.

We are studying more than just memory and intelligence. We want to understand how parrots think and what their minds are capable of, making it easier to protect these incredible lives.

The birds come first.

Welfare will always outweigh research goals.

Lifelong commitment.

Every bird receives lifelong care in our flock.

Open science.

Our methods, results, and welfare standards are openly available to the public.

Stronger future.

We turn what we learn into better care, better choices, and brighter futures for parrots.
